History: Serre grew up within the walls of Pora Elinu in the days where the most dangerous things there were a stray Fangspawn or two, and they were easy to spot from a distance, so trouble was rare. She spent most of her time gathering plants and wandering the vast expanses of grass, and she used her skills as a mystic to tend to the few injured travelers and Federation soldiers that passed by. In exchange, they told her fascinating tales of riding dragons in Kaiator and smiting Fimbrilisks with a few well-placed spells.

Though she was determined to see and do all these things for herself, she couldn't quite find the courage to leave the safety of Pora Elinu for a long time. When Lokians started popping up around the city, and Federation soldiers became as common a sight as they had once been rare, she figured that now was as good a time as ever to make herself useful, and she volunteered to help with the Federation scouting duties as often as possible.
When her skills had been sharpened sufficiently, and she felt confident enough to proceed, she finally decided to take a pegasus to Velika and explore the world on her own (well, as alone as you can be when half your DPS comes from a pet). At first, the sheer amount of people in the city--as well as how tall some of them were--was alarming and a bit stressful, but after wandering for a year or so, she's gotten much more used to it; that's not to say that she doesn't still prefer the wilds to the crowded cities, though, and more often than not she spends her time sightseeing and napping under trees, going to larger cities only to restock on supplies.
